Creekside Accommodation

Yes Houses/Chalets (3-Star) Yes has a several multi-share house/chalet options located close to the Gondola on Creekside. All rooms are twin share however you can pay a single supplement (subject to availability) for your own private room. This is the ideal option for those on a tighter budget and/or those looking to meet and hang out with some new ski buddies.

Lake Placid Lodge (3-Star) The Lake Placid Lodge 1 and 2 bedroom condos are spacious, modern and tastefully furnished. Out of all our YES accommodation, they are located closest to the Creekside Gondola, with shops, restaurants and bars just across the road.  Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, washer, dryer, dishwasher, CD player, stereo, cable TV, DVD player, internet access, and access to the outdoor pool and hot tub.

Legends Creekside (4-Star) Ski-In/Out. 1 & 2 bedroom suites + queen sofa. Fireplace, balcony, full kitchens, spa bath, toiletries, flat panel TV/DVD/Cable, wifi & washer/dryer. Outdoor pool, spa, gym & limited parking.

Whistler Village Accommodation

The Westin Spa & Resort (4-Star) Ski-in/out Whistler hotel. Premium bedding, fireplace, mini bar, sitting area, desk, sofa, microwave & fridge. Indoor & outdoor pool, restaurant, bar/lounge, health club, day spa, hot tub, sauna, 24 hr room service. You can choose from either a studio room (which has beds in a single room with living area) or a 1 bedroom suite with separate living area. Both options are twin share only.

Sundial Lodge (4-Star) Sundial Lodge is located in the centre of Whistler Village just a short stroll to the nearest lift. Twin share 1 bedroom condos are spacious and modern.

Booking Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person and a signed booking form is required at the time of booking. Should the requested reservation be unavailable naturally the deposit is fully refundable. Payment of this deposit will indicate acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

FINAL BALANCE - due 60 days prior to departure.
AMENDMENTS of confirmed arrangements – min. fee of $25 per revision + any applicable charges.
LATE BOOKING FEE of up to $100 may apply for bookings made within 30 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION: Minimum fees are:

• Up to 60 days prior to departure: $400 per person.
• 60 to 30 days prior to departure: $400 or up to 100% of total cost may apply
• Within 30 days of departure: 100% of total cost

HOLIDAY COSTS:
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (Canadian & Niseko Programs) and New Zealand Dollars (New Zealand Programs) and could be subject to increase until final payment has been made.

EXCLUSIONS - Currency adjustments, airport taxes, passport and visa costs, meals, beverages, laundry, excess baggage charges, insurance. Additional costs caused by weather or failure of transport services beyond the control of the tour operator, their principal or their agent are also not included.

RESPONSIBILITIES - YES Tours Inc. reserves the right to modify program details regarding dates, prices and or schedules in any way, without notice. The right is also reserved to decline to accept, cancel or withdraw any tour person.

Refunds can not be made, under any circumstances, for services, accommodation, instruction, lift passes and functions not utilized and an itemization of costs will not be rendered. YES Tours Inc. accepts no responsibility for any accidents, damage, loss, injury, sickness, death, cancellation, delay, detention, deviations, war strikes, quarantine or other unforeseen events associated with the wilful act or omission of any of its agents or principals.
