Freeride Lodge Terms & Conditions

Deposit and Full Payment

  • Deposit is 20% of the trip cost
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival
  • Credit card payments may be made via Visa or MasterCard and attract a 3.75% surcharge
  • Paypal & direct deposit in Japanese Yen is also an option

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 60+ days from arrival date - 100% refund
  • Cancel 30 to 59 days - 50% refund of full amount
  • No refund for any cancellations made less than 30 days before trip departure
